Michael Golden Returns To Mammoth Comics
Legendary artist and writer Michael Golden will return to Mammoth Comics on Thursday, October 20 (6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.), ahead of his appearance at Wizard World Tulsa.
Golden is best known for his late-1970s work on Marvel Comics' The Micronauts, as well as his co-creation of the characters Rogue (X-Men) and Bucky O'Hare (S.P.A.C.E). His work is known to have influenced the style of multitudes of artists, including Arthur Adams.
His other work includes The 'Nam (Marvel), covers for G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero (Marvel), ROM: Space Knight (Marvel), U.S. 1 (Marvel), and The Saga of Crystar (Marvel). Golden also penciled parts of the Marvel No-Prize Book . He has also drawn covers for Nightwing (DC Comic), Superman: The Man of Steel (DC Comic), and Vigilante (DC Comic).
